Luminaria Assortment: Brie and Raspberry in Phyllo Dough, Spiced Chicken Lollipop, Sonoran Chicken Spring Roll, Spinach Mushrooms, and Shrimp and Jack Empanada.

Poinsettia Assortment: Brie and Raspberry Phyllo, Spiced Chicken Lollipop, Prickly Pear Flauta, Apple Leek Gorgonzola in Phyllo Roll, and Duck and Caramelized Onion Empanada.

Fiesta Assortment: Mini Beef Wellington, Date Chorizo Rumaki, Mushroom Baklava, Chicken Burrito, and Duck Proschuttio Mango Empanada.

Jubilee Assortment: Pigs in a Blanket, Chicken Apple Leek in Brique Dough, Sprimp Spring Roll, Chorizo and Black Bean Empanada, and Beef Mushroom Quesadillas.

Vegetarian Assortment: Mushroom Baklava, Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms, Apple Leek Gorgonzola Phyllo Roll, Brie and Rasberry filled Phyllo, and Southwestern Vegetable Empanada.


Recommended Cooking Method:
Spray cookie sheet and Hord's lightly with Pam or olive oil. Oven bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

 

 

Recipes

1 cup real mayo

1 cup parmesan cheese

1 cup mozzarella cheese

1 can artichokes (in water)  drained well and chopped

3 cloves of garlic (run thru garlic press)

few dashes of cayenne pepper

1 package frozen spinach (thawed-wring dry in cloth) Optional

 

Mix all ingredients together and place in oven baking dish.  Sprinkle with paprika.

 

Bake at 350* for approximately 20-25 minutes or till bubbly.
