We ship most food orders overnight delivery on ice packs.These packages are in the mail for less than 24 hours.

***TRACKING INFO… A tracking number will be generated, assigned to your order, and sent to the e-mail address provided on your order. This will occur once your order is packed and ready to leave our building! Therefore, tracking numbers are usually available about 4pm AZ Time.

We exclusively use UPS and they are the leaders in the management of overnight shipping of perishable products. FedEx is trusted by the most discriminating and demanding shippers and receivers of food perishable products, including signature chefs, premiere white tablecloth restaurants, world renowned resorts and casinos, and retail markets that specialize in only the highest quality products. Sending a gift?

If you are sending a gift, please make sure that the recipient is aware they will be receiving Perishable Products!! Surprises are awesome, but YOU need to make sure your recipient will be home.

Delivery Schedule

During the checkout process, please choose the day you would like your food delivered. We ship MONDAY through WEDNESDAY with delivery on WEDNESDAY through FRIDAY.

***There are NO deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays,or  Mondays ***

All orders must be placed before 9 PM AZ Time the day before it is shipped. For example, if you would like your order shipped on a Tuesday, you MUST place your order before 9 PM AZ Time on Monday. You can place your order online or feel free to call us toll free at 1.888.966.7939!

All orders are CAREFULLY & PROFESSIONALLY packed in our special insulated Styrofoam-lined containers with frozen, reusable gel packs to ensure Quality and Freshness!! You can save and reuse your gel packs; they are perfect for picnics or trips to the beach!

Because we know that shipping perishable products overnight is costly, we extend you the same DISCOUNTED shipping rates that professional shippers charge us.

*** Upon checkout, the check-out pages will calculate your shipping costs. The total cost of your order, shipping, and sales tax (ONLY if applicable) will be displayed and a confirmation e-mail with a copy of your order will be sent to you!
