1 Package of Personal Gourmet meatballs (approx. 40)
Two 16 oz. cans of chili sauce
One 16 oz jar of grape jelly
One 8 oz can chopped tomato and hot peppers
Three dashes dryed oregano
Preparation
Bake meatballs at 350° for 30 minutes. In large soup pot, place chili sauce, grape jelly, chopped tomatoes & peppers, and oregano.
Heat until mixed, stirring canstantly.
Place hot meatballs in sauce, cook together for 30 minutes.
Grilled Pineapple Meatballs
15 Personal Gourmet Meatballs
½ cup of your favorite Honey Barbecue Sauce
¼ cup grape jelly
1 can (8 oz) pineapple chunks, drained
15 (water soaked) wooden skewers
1 small basket of cherry tomatoes
Mix barbeque sauce and jelly in large skillet. Cook and stir on medium heat 2 minutes, or until jelly melts.
Roll meatballs in your skillet to warm up, about 5 to 10 minutes. Reserve your left over sauce.
Alternately skewer with your meatballs, pineapple chunks and cherry tomatoes
Gently grill on medium low heat until lightly browned, remove from grill and baste with remaining sauce from your skillet.
